There are no translations of Book I, and I believe BW said that the way the interface handled the dialogue would make it difficult. He is (with the help of fans with knowledge of other languages) working on translations of Book II, if I remember correctly. You may see more information about that in the Book II forum.

I don't think so. Not yet.

As Kreador Freeaze said, BW (the game's programmer) is working on improving that issue for the sequel, Eschalon: Book II.

(And if you want to volunteer to be a translator, drop BW a note!)

-This is great. Made my morning. Ahaha.

-Well, first off, take a look at your quest log, and tell us here what the name of the quest is, and perhaps we can help (well, of course we can help)!

You could open the EXE file and change the strings inside. Beware: you need to keep the file size intact, or else the EXE will be ruined.
Then you can open the .map files and edit them.

Do you mean to translate them into Portuguese for yourself? (If so, King_ov_Death has answered this for you.)

Or do you mean to translate them into Portuguese for BasiliskWrangler? If you mean for BasiliskWrangler, I would E-mail him directly.

I tried to translate this way but when I open the EXE appears only numbers, do not have any file that already has text in English awaiting translation into Portuguese.

Search the file well. It's around the end of the file.
