Wouldn't it be a nice idea that you have the abylitie to build a house where you can rest hp very fast or maybe can cook... I dont know if it is to difficult to build that in the game but it was only a idea

I think it's way too late to add new features to the game.
Maybe you could suggest something similar when Book III is announced.

Maybe if you rest in a house you won't get startled awake by a critter.
This leads me to an idea I recently had for book III: the possibility not to build property, but to buy it, i.e.: you buy a house to sleep there, and when you do, your hunger and thirst drop slower and you don't get woken up suddenly; you can buy a small empty building and turn it into a shop that will generate some profit regularly, etc.
