Magic resist

So, im playing as healer. Using atm flashboil for dmg, but creatures started resisting it alot. I wonder if theres anything that can reduce resists? Is that wisdom or concentration? Or magic resist is set in stone and nothing can reduce it?

You can't change resistances of the monsters, but you can change the spell damage to physical by using a different spell. Get sunder flesh for physical damage and at least you won't have that problem.

Some monsters have high elemental magic resistance so a mage will have the same problem with fire dart.
