Carthography early on?

Is it possible to get training (or buy the book) early on like it was in Book 1?

There is a cartography trainer in Port Kuudad.

You can get the cartography book at level one from the innkeeper in the first town, Jarvik in Eastwillow. You will probably have to reload several times.

Thanks now that I finally got there I understand the smile at the end.

The trainer should be in Eastwillow imo. I visited the Inn on number of ocassions but never saw the book there.
