"go back, your fate lies elsewhere" message on bandit's cave

Post by elotrocoso »

I just found this message when i wanted to go down a stairwell in the bandit's cave near to evergreen(or whatever, second town :D ) is this the planned addon for highlevels place, or is there something wrong with it?

by the way, meant to ask if there is a real use for boosting spot hidden, i have it on lvl 15 with my level 8 character and the only thing besides trap spotting is a couple of gems found in mines.

EXTRA QUESTION N 2!!: anyone figured out what the advantage of boosting shield skill is?

The developer answered this question in another thread. It is a connection point for an expansion planned for this summer.

You are probably better off asking your other questions in new thread so the title matches the post.

You only found a couple of gems in the Farrock Caves. *heh, heh, heh* Then you missed a lot.

Raising shield over 10 gives a permanent effect for a chance to deflect missile attacks.

Randomizer -- what other unexpected bonuses occur with skills? Since that happens at 10 and weapon feats are at 10, I assume we are looking for stuff at 10 skill points...

Damage reduction for armor starts at 4 or 5 and improves I think every other level. I only had that for one character.
