Can't find last missing quick travel location

Heya lads!

I really enjoy Book II and just made it through the game. However there is one thing that makes me feel like I haven't fully completed it.

I've found these quick travel locations:
Eastwillow
Everdale
Port Kuudad
<Undiscovered location>
Broken Blade
Raven's Gate
Durnore
Edon
Picaroon Isle
Karuku Rock

What's the missing fourth quick travel location after Port Kuudad and before Raven's Gate? I was thinking that it could be this Iron Dam location but I never found a waypoint to activate there. Has anyone found this fourth quick travel location yet?
