I'd like to bump this question, what skills can be trained or if it is a shorter list what skills do not have trainers in the game?

Might want to do a search... I know there's a thread with most of the information you're looking for.

In Port Kuudad you can train in Alchemy at one magic shop and Elemental and Divination at another. You can also learn Cartography there if I remember well. You can train in Swords, Cleaving weapons and other stuff in the center of the town.
