Hi there,
I need advice: What shall I buy? I'm playing a rogue-type character using some spells if needed. I have enough gold with me to buy me a nice Armor giving extra +2 on Armor or a similiar one with same base armor value, but giving 10% Disease Resistance instead of +2 Armor.
What do you think?

How good are you at disarming festering stew traps?
You will probably get more benefit from better armor than disease resistance since the only diseasing monsters are the rats and some undead. If you don't get hit then it doesn't matter.

I'd go for the extra armor as well. Disease is inconvenient, but it can be dealt with outside of combat with a potion or spell. Armor will also apply to far more threats than disease resistance.
