effective classification method ?

Post by RezoApio »

Hello all,

Woudl you agree we should try to design a way of classification of the bugs/suggestion here before too many people starts entering data ? else it will be too hard to read all which will lead to much more duplicates...

I have not the best real solution, but I think at least we should try to get in the title something like bug/suggestion/Typo (as already a thread has started for that). Maybe along a coloring (or smiley notification) depending on the criticity. This is hard to judge I know but at least people here can try their best.

Sorry not to have come with a perfect solution (the good ones I know are based on mantis or bugzilla which are made to follow up Software Service Request)

See you later today when my first bug/suggestion will come...

I agree. For now (until a better system is worked out) just glance over the Support forum before submitting a bug and see if someone has already posted it.

If a bug has already been posted and you can give more information to help us nail it, please post within that thread.

If you post a bug, use a descriptive Subject heading so that others can more easily locate a previously submitted bug.
