Not in Book II. He's just hanging out there in his house, robbing the citizenry of Eastwillow like a good bureaucrat. We may see him again in Book III like we saw Captain Morgan from Book I, but who knows. Actually, I'm voting that Captain Morgan shows up again in Book III. Maybe he's really the big bad guy and we just thought he was an incompetent soldier in Book I and a drunk in Book II.

Yeah would be nice if he was used for something in this particular game. Seems a lot of "Real Estate" in that zone for little usage. Then again I would probably drop secret doors to at least 5 dungeons per building if I were designing
