Heh, yeah, I probably would have been stuck there too, had I not seen that topic. There are a few really delicious puzzle-type things like that in the expansion! I love how on this particular one, you know exactly what's going to happen but (if you're like me) you go through the gate first anyway, thinking that perhaps you're being psyched out or something. :) At first I had figured that setting a powderkeg on the floor panel would trigger the portcullis, too, so I'd have to be able to deal with a keg blast instead of the port drop. Thankfully that's not the case!

The zoological area west of Port Kuudad has been expanded, but it would be pretty easy for a high-level character. It is meant to be found with your level 4-6 character on your way to Kuudad for the first time.
In the FINAL version to be released tomorrow, we've put a few more Snow Wolves and Taurax around their respected regions, so there will be more to do when crossing the expanses of Nor'land and Amireth.
Li2001157 wrote:Also how do you get into the room with the chest's and levers outside?
On the left row, push the middle lever. On the right row, push the middle and right levers.
If I recall right the rings on the back wall of the room you're trying to get into seem to give you a hint as to the pattern.
*You mean those rings that shouldn't be visible until you actually get through the door?*
Shhhh! You're spoiling my suspension of disbelief!

You recall correctly Farwalker. The clue to the puzzle is at the back of the room.
Your character can look through the windows next to the wooden levers. The room is pitch black but drinking a Cat's Eyes Brew and using a torch will fix that.
Ahh, I forgot about the windows! That does make sense then.
*All is right with the world again*
Oh shush you!
*whistles softly...*
I have the same problem: I collect the diamond chip key -- but when I look at my key ring, the key is not there, so I cannot unlock the door. I've done this twice now. The key disappeared both times.
Specifics: I reloaded an old high-level character, whose key ring is crowded. Also, I'm a Mac user. Thanks in advance for any pointers/bug fixes!

Both times I've completed Fathamurk it was with characters who had completed the entire game except the last bit of Tallushorn, and so should have had just about every key on their key rings. I didn't have trouble with the diamond key in either case. I'm on Linux rather than Mac, though.
I tried uploading the Char file, but the site kept saying the file extension is not allowed (?!). I tried adding .htm and .txt suffixes, no go. I will send it to BW by e-mail.
