Quick travel board?

Where in Blackwater is the spot to add it to my quick travel list? I want to leave to work on some of my other quests now but I don't enjoy the idea of having to walk through peaceful landscape on my way back...

It's a black obelisk just outside the eastern, not the northern, entrance. It took me a while to find it, too.
