Can I continue my game from the demo?

Indeed - you can continue a game from the demo. You might want to start a new character anyway, though - I know it took me forever to figure out how I wanted to spend my skill and ability points.

I've a same question as Average Joe, but me I made a Steam's démo, and if I purchase the game directly to basilisk, is there a probleme ? my saves will be compatible ?

The saves from the Steam version of the demo should be compatible, but you may need to move the files as I think Steam uses a different name for the save directory (not certain of this--I've never used Steam, but I seem to remember some folks had some issues that directory names used in the manual didn't match their Steam-bought versions).

In fact, the directory of my saves are in my docs and is named "\Eschalon Book 1 Saved Games\",

so I think that it will be ok whith the Basilik version.

Great. Sometimes starting back at the beginning after the demo is a good thing, anyway, as you may have learned a bit about how to make a better character.
