How on earth can you identify items beside paying WAST amount of money to shop owners? If i find an item, especialy the one i don't want to use, how can i identify it so that i can actualy EARN some money.
example: i find an axe and have to identify it. Now, i have to pay 500g so i can sell it at the same price or for a few bucks profit. It depends on you mercantile skill but what i am asking is next:
What are ALL POSSIBLE WAYS of identifying items in the game?
Thank you.
p.s
Great job on this marvelous game! Hope for a sequel!
Identify!
In my current game (I'm level 10), Gamfari has one in Bordertown. I wonder if level has something to do with loot availability?Saxon1974 wrote:Im struggling with this too, when I find a good item its not worth much because I have to pay so much to identify it.
Wish I could find a lore ring somewhere.....Looked and none of the shops had one.
Im also level 10 and he doesn't have one in my game. It does appear level makes better stuff appear, but it seems to be random. I found a preist's cloak that gives me divinity + 3 so maybe then I can cast Lore at high enough level to ID things.Jaesun wrote:In my current game (I'm level 10), Gamfari has one in Bordertown.
