Awesome!
I rolled a 109 pretty quick when I started too - should have kept it, but I kept rolling instead. Silly, silly me.

Three Eschalon games and hundreds of rolls and I never got that high.

I had a really good roll for one of my E2 runs, the one I did a big post on.
This time I'm using a roll of 103.

I must admit that I will usually re-roll a few times until I get something in the 80 - 90 range but I don't think that I'm keen enough to keep trying for a high score.
Do any hardcore players just accept the first roll that fate supplies to them?

Yes it's chance but the totals between 56 and 112 ought to be distributed over a bell-curve so it's quite unlikely to get such a high score. I've never gotten anything above 105 or so.
I also re-roll until I get a decent roll for whatever character I'm building, and no really bad scores, no 7s for my characters

Got exactly same roll (109 in total) on second char making attempt, after 10-15 rolls.

Yes, over an 11 million roll chance. To get 112 would take almost 1 and a half billion rolls.

I roll until I get all double digits. If I have to roll 50 or 60 times, so be it.

I did that too, and got a 103. But you can't save your roll, so you would need to make a character, save, then make a new one to try to get a higher roll.

i always roll long time to max 2 stats essential to build, if got everything over 11 leave that roll and just correct build in first few levels.
actually game expect you not to reroll 99 times each start.

tis very easy to accept the first numbers rolled, if you have a grasp of hex numbers, a program like XVI32 and a willingness to spend hours exploring.
ok for the char/skill values will take about 3 minutes after opening the file to see where all this data is stored.

you always can perform RND attack and forcebly set RND seed to value that will give all 14, i going to add some mod that forcebly set everything to 7 at start and refund any points spend (and give all base items to player), this will make game harder and more interesting.
