I have been from Rockhammer to Castle Ruins and in between and don't know where to go or what to do next. Any suggestions?

What do you have in your Quest Log? I don't mean that sarcastically. I'm trying to get a little more detail about what you mean by "Rockhammer to Castle Ruins and in between." Assuming you mean you've got every GeoMarker listed from Rockhammer down to Castle Ruins, I would guess that your next stop should be

Omentor Temple. Go east from Ulgolek to the next map area, turn north at the fork in the path, blast your way through the "Turn Back!" wall, and go north some more
