Mana potion recipe [spoiler, obv]

I'm nearly at the end of the game and still have not found the recipe for a mana potion. I assume it's in the "Alchemy cookbook 1," but I never found a copy. I have "Alchemy cookbook 2," "Alchemy cookbook 3," the "torn page," and the page on demon oil.
So what's the recipe? And while we're at it, what other recipes are in the first cookbook?
