Help, can't locate abandoned house

So I returned Brandon's ring to his wife, got eh chest lock #, found what I believe to be the right map, Western Tangletree (the one with the carnarptors and tough mercenary) but can't locate the abandoned house. Does anyone have the coordinates?

Try looking in Central Tangletree Forest

I'm not sure why I never went down that path any farther, I had searched the entire map too. Thanks!
