One question:

how fast would it take to ship the product to Singapore?

I've played a little bit of the demo and want more. T__T;; And also want to show it off.

If you buy the CD version, Lucifiel, you can also download a full copy of the game, and install and play it immediately.

Singapore would probably be 7-10 business days for the actual shipping, plus 3-5 business days here for processing (I normally process and ship CDs in batches once per week, for the previous week of orders) .

Btw, I recall ordering the Windows cd a while ago. Does this mean that since you ran out of cds, there will be an extra charge made to my account or was my order one of those previously processed?

We ran out of Windows CDs about a week before we ran out of the Mac CDs. If you email me your order number, I can tell you if you order was shipped or not.

If it hasn't shipped yet, then you will get one of the new CDs when we get them back next week. There will be no extra charge for it.

Sorry for bringing up this old thread.

I'm really pleased with the support.

Not only did BasiliskWrangler actually reply promptly, he was willing to provide the details of the shipment. This is actually better than the "faceless" tech support many sites offer.

P.S. Dude, you should consider adding a sub-forum for people to post their comments about the service.
