There are some great games here, hordolur - my favourite was always Ultima IV. It was not only groundbreaking, but fairly unique in its concept of being virtuous. But pretty much all these games were groundbreaking in one way or another.
My other favourite was the first Ultima Underworld game. Unfortunately, I don't think it's in your collection, if it's the same collection I have. If you look around, though, you can pick up copies of the two Underworld games on one CD, though.

I think my favorite Ultima's were probably III - VI.
Playing Ultima III now is a bit rudimentary graphics and interface wise, but it's still has great gameplay and is alot of fun.
Im actually playing Ultima III on an Amiga Emulator, it has a bit better interface and graphics. If you want to play it there is upgrade software for the DOS version that will improve the graphics and add music to the game. Don't play the games with those upgrades you really need toe music!
Ultima III was my first RPG ever, so I have a soft spot for it. Once thing you notice with these is that RPG's used to be a challenge! They don't lead you around and you have to figure things out for yourself. In Ultima III I enjoy the dungeons, they are pretty tough and you can't save in them so if you make it back out it's pretty exciting.
