I wouldn't mind seeing the Quick Travel menu, upon entering a town, change to Blacksmith-Tavern-Temple-etc. Slowly wandering around town with dumbass guards blocking doorways was rather frustrating.

It happened to me a number of times, annoying more than frustrating. What bugged me the most was the shopkeepers wandering out the door and I would have to hunt them down when I next came back - having forgotten they had walked out and I hadn't shut the door behind me. I can remember selling stuff to the b lacksmith in Blackwater and he was down near Penelope!
And then asking to see his stock and it pops up on the screen though the shop was several buildings away.

I had a guard blocking the doorway to the magic shop in Aridell to such an extent that I had to choose between traveling to Bordertown and actually just killing him. Space barring, leaving and coming back, nothing worked. He finally started wandering again. The Blacksmith and Erin, in Bordertown, at one point helped kill some bandits, then stood in the same place for the remainder of the game- I suspect this guard was doing the same thing.
