Just finished!!(finally)

Post by kayer828 »

It's a nice and funny game. Just finished a good ending and a destroyer ending.

I was playing a rogue with high lv of hide of shadow skill. But in the last fight for destroyer ending.....I don't see a place that allow me to hide.....So I have to kite them, haste....and burn some of my potion......

After finishing the game, I think there are something can be made better:P
For most of the chest, cabin and barrel, item inside are "too" random. Sometimes you may just get a 2gold club from a big chest but you can also get a 1.7k shield from a barrel. I don't want to waste any chance to get good item/money, save and load in front of the chest/barrel spent lot of my time(That's why I have more than 30k when I finished the game:P)
It would be nice if there is a limit of those chest and barrel on what level/value range(those value of coz can be hiden in the game) item they will have. So it can be random but not "too" random.

And I figured out sometimes there is a trick after save and load. Your enemy may forget what they are doing after a "load". Forgot to trace you, forgot to flee....etc. So when you saw a mob running away due to low life and you don't have a bow, try to save and load:P. And some slow moving mob, you may shoot them and save quicky and then use load....you will find out the mob still on the same location but the life droped.:P

Thanks for reading and sorry my english is poor.

There are negatives to save/loading in combat though. Demon oil flames are extinguished by the reload, debuffs upon your enemies are eliminated, such as the spell entangle and I imagine (though I've never tested it) poison spray would be lost as well.

Also when you reload the game you are automatically silent until you move (unless too close to an enemy) and I have had the occasion where upon reloading I was somehow hidden in shadow in a place where I wouldn't have been otherwise. I first noticed this when facing Gramuk and I'm not sure how many factors this glitch encompasses or if it's really even a glitch at all.
