First Amulet won't spawn

I played the demo and completed the first dungeon in the cemetery and obtained what I believe to be the first amulet from the chest at the end of the dungeon. So I bought the full game because I was hooked instantly but now, I'm having trouble getting the first amulet in the full game. I'm at the same spot the end of the cemetery dungeon and the amulet will not spawn anywhere. Is the location of the amulet random? Can it spawn outside the dungeon? I have searched every possible location in the dungeon and no amulet. I have saved at the final chest and reloaded the game numerous times waiting for it to spawn. I have searched the boards for similar posts on this issue and have yet to find a workaround. I'm thinking that this item is probably critical for the progression of the game if so can someone tell me where I can find it? Any help will be appreciated. Thx. OBTW love the game!

Gimme a sec, I'll post a pic of the location to make sure everything matches up. Did you uninstall the demo before you installed the Full?

I uninstalled the demo.exe and it cleared up the problem. I don't know why that solution didn't occur to me. Anyways...thx for the advice and the quick response. Again, I am really pleased with the game and the community around it.
