...and I have to say, this is amazing. You have outdone yourself, Thomas. I'm only halfway through Book III, but it's just fabulous. The new skills for making my own arrows so I don't have to save up to buy them in town all the time, and actually COOKING the food I find. Just terrific.

My favorite, though, is creating my own alchemical potions. I put one part humour of bat and two parts gag in a bottle and posted it right here on April 1.

Dude, you didn't even mention the amazing graphics engine that he pulled out of his nether region. Anyone who can whip up this sort of stuff in a weeks time belongs in the Coder's Hall of Fame.... and don't even get me started on the physics that puts Ageia and Havoc to shame!

Um . . . I'm sorry, but I'm a little confused: see, it was my understanding that the graphics in Book III have regressed, not progressed. Not that I'm complaining: those early-Ultima-type graphics look amazing.

..Okay, so AFD is technically over, but I can still enjoy it, right?
Certainty: a character-driven, literary, turn-based mini-CRPG in which Vasek, legendary "Wandering Philosopher", seeks certainties in a cryptically insular, organic, critically layered city.
