How to access the lighthouse?

Hello
I can see on the map that there is a lighthouse on the south coast
but i have no idea how to access it either from the tangletree ossuary
or from the southern gate (once open).
Any idea?

From the gate, you just walk one screen south and head a little east back toward the Salted Coast. It's right there with a graveyard in front.
