Sparkling Divinity

Post by Slarty »

Is there any benefit associated with completing this quest other than the 300 XP? Because an extra 1000 GP early game to spend on skill training is looking mighty nice right about now.

There is the chance of getting some alchemy recipes. It depends what's more useful to your character.

Some testers used it on themselves.

You don't actually need to discover the recipe in-game to use it, do you?

Am I misremembering how that works?

If you agree to take the potion to the mother you end up with 2 choices when you give it to her. Get a receipe or 300 expts. OR keep it to sell or use yourself and NOT finish that quest. Depends on how nice you want to be or how greedy. There is no one way to do things. :)
