How many towns, where you can buy spells are there in book 2

I am wanting to know how many towns there are in BOOK 2 that you are able to visit to buy supplies-particualerly spell scrolls ?

There are 7 places you can get spell scrolls but are NOT all mage shops. Some are innkeepers with a taste for the odd or 'we gets what we gets when the tide comes in' type. There are 8 places (I think) where you can get potions. (not including blacksmiths where you get Demon Oil, Charm and Poison potions)
