Hi,
I play EB2 demo on Linux machine at the moment and consider buying the full version. However, I plan to buy new Mac Book Pro soon and play this game on it. Will I be able to transfer my purchased game from Linux machine to Mac? Or the license is tied to the certain hw?
Also, would it be better to buy Mac version of the game in Steam (I have plenty of games there)? Or standalone version is better somehow?
Cheers,
Kirill

Re: is the license transferrable
Kirill,
One purchase of a license key will allow you to install and use the game on any of the three operating systems. Steam has the current version, though there was some delay there going from 1.03 to 1.04, so many of us prefer buying directly from BW. Also, if you order the DVD it will have installs for all three OS versions of the game. Your license key will still come through email (and you can begin to play immediately on the version you've already downloaded, as the license will unlock the demo).
