Yeah, same as Kreador here. I use them all except the save limitation, because if I need to go somewhere and leave the computer, I like to save so I can turn it off (and conserve energy).
I've decided to go this run with all the rules on. I didn't do that, so I like to try a more challenging and fun character. In my case a Virtuous Healer, who I never pick up in any of my games both in Book I and II.
My first play through of Book II that I tried, I died of hunger before reaching the second town. So, I played through it without the need for food once. After that, I played my Unarmed Combat expert, who while technically needing food, had enough HP that I could go several days without eating. The Unarmed Combat expert was the only playthrough I have done so far with all of the rules turned on, but also the most enjoyable. I recently got Eschalon back on my computer (After my brother wiped it), and will probably be trying a mage with all rules again.

I go with the usual house rules: hunger and equipment wear. Hunger and thirst are easily quenched with magic and equipment wear is almost nonexistent with repair.
