Hurray for fixing this! However, I can’t figure out how to download the full games of Eschalon 1 and 2 which I purchased in the past through plimus. I understood at the time of purchase that if my computer changed or died I would be able to download the full paid-for game again on to the new computer. But when I try all I get are dead links and no replies to e-mails.

I have the same problem as the user above. Sent an email, yet no reply yet. I would like a new download link for the first game as well. The email i sent you was done as a reply to the original mail from you guys confirming my purchase, containing the dead link.

Sean: I am going to check the support pool and see if I can find your email. Occasionally, legitimate emails get canned with the spam emails and so I’ll search the spam folder as well. Sorry for the lack of response from us!

I’ve sent several e-mails asking about Book 1 and Book 2, but no response. Sent from both my work e-mail and g-mail in case it was a spam problem. Do I have the wrong support e-mail address?

We no longer monitor a “support” email address, which may be listed in the documentation to the Eschalon games.
