Okay, we thought we’d better post a disclaimer for the three of you that emailed us (and those who didn’t) who were very upset that we decided to turn the Eschalon series into a JRPG clone. It was a joke, for all of you April fools. Thanks much to Inverse Phase for the cool chiptune of the Eschalon theme.

We are extremely excited to announce our next title, Eschalon: Book Zero in development now for the original Nintendo Entertainment System. This time we’re taking “old school” to a whole new level with this epic 100 hour game crammed into a 6 megabit cartridge, designed exclusively for the NES.

New version of Book I available on Mac App Store
Version 1.06.2 is now available on Apple’s Mac App Store, which fixes a few small problems with the initial release.
Eschalon: Book I now available on the Mac App Store
For those of you who have been asking for this, you can now purchase Eschalon: Book I through the Mac App Store.
Edit: The game is now on the “New and Noteworthy” games screen, as well as the “Role Playing” section.
We are prepping Book II right now for the App Store, which should be available in a few weeks.
